A two hour consultation, customized to fit your needs.  It can be an on site meeting to solve a design problem, provide concrete direction, colour selections or just to confirm your next steps.  The discussion can include some or all of the following: room layout, furniture placement, window treatments, fabric selection, built-ins, colour suggestions, flooring, finish selections, renovations, etc...  I'll help you realize your home's full potential.

• Design DIY starting at $425

Design DIY starts with an on site consult to discuss your requirements and style.  Then I'll provide you with a room layout, showing  furniture placement.  A written proposal will be provided with photos of selections, colour choices, finishes and pricing.  Please see Design DIY for more details and pricing based on room function.

• Home staging advice $250

A home staging consultation will help identify those areas of your home that need to be updated or repaired to ensure your home is marketed successfully.  A full  written report will be sent after the visit.

The following services are billed at the regular hourly rate of $100.

• Custom Window treatments

Choosing from the large selection of window treatment options can be very confusing.  I will offer you suggestions on style, treatment options and fabric choices that will best suit your budget and lifestyle. 

• Lighting plans & fixture selection

Good lighting is one of the most important aspects to showcase a room.  It can make or break a space, so a lighting plan is essential.  Once measurements are taken and needs are accessed I’ll return with a plan and fixture selections.

• Organization & storage solutions

Sometimes before redecorating can begin some general organization needs to be done.  After an initial consultation, a plan will be drawn up as to what should remain and what needs to be removed.  Then we’ll proceed to help you achieve the organized, relaxing and calm space that you deserve.

• Seasonal decorating

Make your party or special occasion as stress free as possible by leaving the decorating to me.
